Use of Products

All glass found on this site is intended for legal use with legal products only.  

 

Taxes

Orders to Canadian residents are subject to provincial and federal tax depending on your province.  This will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

 

International Customers

You are responsible for knowing and following your own state/federal/national laws regarding purchasing and owning glass.  Be aware there may be duties owed when receiving a shipment, and these are your responsibility.  No Canadian tax is charged on your order.

 

Damaged Goods

If you've received a damaged item, damages must be reported within 48 hours.  Contact me directly to resolve the issue.

 

Returns

In most cases returns are not possible as most of my work is custom-oriented.  If you're unhappy with your piece please get in touch with me privately and we will find a solution.

 

Repairs

Join the discord and fill out a repair ticket.
